Each uncoated bilayered tablet contains:

• Metformin Hydrochloride 500 mg (as sustained-release)

• Glimepiride 1 mg

Description:
Mistant-M1 is a combination antidiabetic medication used for the management of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus. It combines Glimepiride, a sulfonylurea that increases insulin secretion, and Metformin, a biguanide that decreases hepatic glucose production and improves insulin sensitivity.
